01. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the xnajee website, including the online casino, sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing game services operated under the xnajee brand. The platform is owned and operated by an internationally licensed entity and provides its services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a wager on xnajee, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the xnajee website, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

xnajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

All references to currency on the xnajee platform use Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified. All times displayed on the platform are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). xnajee operates its platform in the English language as the primary interface language.

02. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the xnajee platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on xnajee. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. xnajee enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, xnajee may request official government-issued identification — such as a National Identification Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm your age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a person aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be returned to the original deposit source after the completion of investigation procedures.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all subsequent times.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of xnajee or any of its associated companies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the xnajee platform.

xnajee may at its sole discretion decline to offer services to any individual, including in circumstances where eligibility requirements cannot be fully verified or where the platform has reason to believe the eligibility criteria have not been met.

03. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by xnajee — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals. Each eligible person is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. xnajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You must notify xnajee immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].

xnajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period (typically 72 hours from the date of the request) may result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed.

You acknowledge that your xnajee account is personal to you and must not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other individual. Any account activity occurring under your credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified xnajee of unauthorised access.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

xnajee supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to major Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The platform also supports international payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC) for eligible users.

Minimum deposit on xnajee is ৳100. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures under the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Deposits using local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly and carry no platform-side transaction fee.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. For verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of the withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals are only available to fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted (excluding bonus funds, which carry separate wagering requirements).
• xnajee reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• All transactions on xnajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, where applicable for international payment methods, are borne by the player.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

xnajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, which form part of these Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by xnajee:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer. Meeting wagering requirements with games that are excluded from bonus play will not count toward the requirement.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player account at any given time. Players must elect to forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have been identified as bonus abusers, or who use prohibited betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: Some bonus offers cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus play. Refer to individual bonus terms for applicable caps.
• Prohibited strategies: Using bonus funds to place bets on both outcomes of the same event, or using any other arbitrage or hedging strategy, constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for bonus cancellation.

xnajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without notice, provided that bonuses already claimed and in active use by a player will be honoured according to the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

06. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on xnajee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. These rules are displayed within each sports betting market or game interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity, the decision of xnajee's trading and compliance team shall be final.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. xnajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was made available in error, where odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation. In-play (live) bets are subject to the additional latency and integrity conditions applicable to live markets. Winning bets will be settled and credited to your account balance within 24 hours of the relevant event concluding, in most cases significantly sooner.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live casino tables, and fishing games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are verifiable within the game's information panel. xnajee does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

• Any malfunction of a game or betting system voids all plays and bets associated with that malfunction period.
• Players must not exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a known error will be voided and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Bets exceeding stated limits may be reduced or voided at xnajee's discretion.
• Collusion, match-fixing, the use of automated betting scripts, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

07. User Obligations

As a registered user of xnajee, you undertake to use the platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional guidelines published on the website. The following obligations apply to all xnajee account holders at all times:

• You will provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and current personal information on your account at all times. You will notify xnajee promptly of any change to your registered details.
• You will not attempt to access the platform or create an account if you are under the age of 18, are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned.
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the xnajee platform, its software, or its data.
• You will not use any automated system — including bots, scripts, AI agents, or data-mining tools — to interact with the platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by xnajee.
• You will not engage in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward xnajee staff or other players via any platform channel including live chat and email support.
• You will not deposit funds derived from criminal activity or use xnajee as a vehicle for any form of financial crime. xnajee cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any such investigation.
• You will gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in, without limitation: immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and civil or criminal legal proceedings where warranted.

08. Account Suspension & Closure

xnajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• The account holder is under the age of 18;
• The account holder has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to re-register or circumvent the self-exclusion;
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account activity — have been detected;
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or mobile payment provider without first raising the matter through xnajee's support channel.

Upon suspension or closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, provided that the closure was not the result of fraudulent activity, terms violations, or an active investigation. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be held pending the outcome of that investigation.

A player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting xnajee support at [email protected]. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in the account dashboard, which provides a structured cooling-off period and prevents re-registration during the exclusion window.

xnajee's decisions regarding account suspension, closure, and fund forfeiture are final in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or serious terms violations. For all other disputes, the platform's formal complaints procedure (outlined in the FAQ and available via support) applies.
