04. Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available on the xnajee platform for players who feel that gambling is causing them harm. When you self-exclude, your account is suspended for the duration of the exclusion period, all marketing communications are stopped immediately, and you will be prevented from opening a new account on the xnajee platform during the exclusion period.

xnajee offers two types of self-exclusion:

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: A defined cooling-off period of 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days. During this period, your account is locked and you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. At the end of the period, you will receive a notification before your account is automatically reactivated — giving you the opportunity to extend the exclusion if needed.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: A lifetime ban from the xnajee platform. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed under any circumstances. This option is for players who have made a firm decision to stop gambling on xnajee indefinitely. Your account data will be retained in accordance with our legal obligations, but no access to your account or any gambling feature will ever be restored.

We take self-exclusion requests extremely seriously. Any player who has self-excluded and attempts to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account will have that account immediately closed upon detection, and any winnings accrued during the circumvention period will be forfeited.

05. Deposit & Loss Limits

xnajee allows all registered players to set financial limits on their accounts to help manage their gambling expenditure. The following financial control tools are available to all xnajee account holders:

06. Time-Out Features

Sometimes you just need a break — not a full self-exclusion, but a short pause to clear your head, reassess your spending, or simply step away from the screen for a while. xnajee's Time-Out feature is designed exactly for this purpose.

A Time-Out temporarily suspends your account for a short, defined period chosen by you. During a Time-Out:

• You cannot log in to your xnajee account
• You cannot place bets on sports (including cricket BPL, T20, IPL), casino games, slots, or fishing games
• All promotional and marketing communications are paused
• Your account data, balance, and history are preserved and will be fully available when you return

Available Time-Out durations are: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. To activate a Time-Out, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Time-Out Request" and your preferred duration. Activation is processed within one business hour.
